Potassium Thiocyanate – LR Grade (100 gm)

Potassium Thiocyanate is a white crystalline salt used primarily in qualitative analysis to detect iron by forming a deep red complex. In addition, Potassium Thiocyanate plays roles in electroplating, metallurgy, and synthesis of thiocyanate-based compounds. It also finds limited use in photography and organic transformations requiring sulfur-containing reagents.
